About the accommodation

Welcome to our non-smoking vacation rental "SUPERIOR". This spacious apartment which is accessed by a stair case, offers on 2 floors approximately 240 sqm of space for up to 18 people. It features five separate bedrooms.

The property delights with a beautiful garden, a cozy partially covered courtyard with outdoor kitchen, and a spacious outdoor area with a big pool – the perfect place to unwind and feel at home.

The highlight: a private outdoor wellness area featuring a pool, a sauna (max. 6 people), and a warm-water shower in a separated outdoor bathroom. Pure relaxation under the open sky – whether it's a refreshing swim, a soothing sauna session, or a revitalizing shower with a view of nature, this is your personal haven of peace. A great location for the whole year! Please note that the use of the sauna and outdoor bath is available for a small fee.

All bedrooms in the apartment are air-conditioned from mid-July 2025 – including the particularly spacious master bedroom (Bedroom 1). Bedrooms 1 and 2 are connected by an internal door, making them ideal for families. Both rooms offer a comfortable double bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m), a spacious wardrobe, and a bunk bed (max. 80 kg per bed). Bedroom 3 is equipped with two double beds (each 1.80 m × 2.00 m), bedroom 4 with a double bed (1.60 m × 2.00 m), and bedroom 5 offers a large double bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m) and a pull-out single bed – perfect for larger groups. The open-plan living and dining area, also air-conditioned, features a sofa bed and a cozy lounge area – with a view of the cable TV. A large glass front opens onto the sunny balcony with direct access to the garden and pool area – pure wellness included.

The fully equipped kitchen with seating area, stove, dishwasher, oven and much more adjoins a spacious conservatory. Enjoy the evening on the adjoining balcony with a glass of wine from our region. In the tiled daylight bathroom, you will find a shower with shower cabin, a bathtub, a toilet and a sink.

Two additional guest toilets are at your disposal. In the garden there are sunbeds, parasols and a gas barbecue for a relaxing time outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker (Senseo), microwave, toaster and kettle.

A free washing machine is also available for our guests.

Additional important information

We offer our guests a convenient delivery service for purchases from the local supermarket via our online shop. Ample free parking is available in the large courtyard of the house, which is accessed via a large gate.

Please do not arrive after 20:00.

Unfortunately, our flats are not suitable for wheelchairs. Furthermore, please note that access to the entrance is only possible via steps and that access to our rooms is only possible via stairs.
